Part of Lot 23 of the subdivision of the southeast of Section 12, Township 18 North, Range 5 East, beginning at the intersection of the north line of West Main Street and east line of Park Street, thence north 160.60 feet, east 150.00 feet, south 161.35 feet, west 150.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said property is commonly known as 450 W. Main Street, Monticello, Illinois.
A public hearing will be held at the Planning & Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Monday, April 19th, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Livingston Center Multi-Purpose Room, located at 224 E. Livingston Street in the City of Monticello Illinois. Notice is further given that the above applicant is seeking an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit received in 2020 regarding multiple main uses on one lot in a proposed Business (B) zoned district. All interested persons have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence.
