A public hearing will be held at the Planning & Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Monday, April 19th, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. The meeting will be held in the Livingston Center Multi-Purpose Room, located at 224 E. Livingston Street in the City of Monticello Illinois. All interested persons have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence.
