Legal Notice of Public Hearing Upon Application for Conditional Use Permit

A NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held upon the Application for Conditional Use Permit filed with the City of Monticello Planning & Zoning Board by Cindy Reeder, owner of the property legally described as follows:

Lot B Sd Lot 2 E1/2 Se 1.236A 13-18-5 52 20 48.  Property is commonly known as 1056 S. Market Street, Monticello, Illinois.

A public hearing will be held at Planning & Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Monday, April 19th, 2021, at 7:00 P.M.  The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, located at 210 N. Hamilton Street in the City of Monticello Illinois.   Notice is further given that the above applicant is seeking a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multi-family dwelling use at the property, currently an existing non-conforming use.  All interested persons have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence.  

Please note this meeting will be held in person, and will also have remote participation available.  Details for remote participation are included below.  If attending in person, a face covering will be required.
