Normal street light repairs (bulbs, eyes) will be made within the 2 working days following the receipt of your request.  Street light repairs beyond bulb/eye replacements will be completed within the 5 working days following the receipt of your request.  If weather or material delays cause Illinois Power to not meet the 5 day commitment, the City of Monticello will be contacted with the new commitment date.
