Street Light Repair Form

To report a street light that is out please complete the following form.  The City will make sure that Illinois Power is notified of the outage.

Normal street light repairs (bulbs, eyes) will be made within the 2 working days following the receipt of your request.  Street light repairs beyond bulb/eye replacements will be completed within the 5 working days following the receipt of your request.  If weather or material delays cause Illinois Power to not meet the 5 day commitment, the City of Monticello will be contacted with the new commitment date.
