Page Updated: Feb 27, 2004 Monticello Golf Driving Range (762-7675) The golf driving range is owned and operated by the City of Monticello. The range is now CLOSED for the 2011 season. We will OPEN back up April 1st, 2012. The range is located at the old City landfill located at 904 Allerton Road. This range features 3 different types of hitting surfaces: Natural Grass, Sand Trap, or Synthetic Turf Mats. Several yardage targets are also set up to allow for individuals to get accurate club distance. A Large bucket of balls (65-75) cost $4 and a Small bucket (35-45) cost $3. Gift certificates are available year round at the range and at the municipal building. Golf Clubs are available for use if needed (free). The range does close during inclement weather conditions.

All lessons are offered at the Monticello Driving Range. Lessons will be offered in the mornings for youth during the summer months. 2012 Sessions will be Session 1 is (June 11-15) & Session 2 is (June 25-29). Ages 6-16. Classes will meet from 8 - 8:50 A.M. or 9 - 9:50 A.M. daily for 1 week depending on age group.
