Page Updated: Feb 1, 2010 The City of Monticello Municipal Code gives all owners of property within City limits the right to petition to rezone their property. Petitions must be completed and submitted to the City of Monticello Zoning Administrator, along with a $300 non-refundable fee. Petitions will be heard by the Planning Commission then the City Council. Download an application for rezoning here.
