Monticello Family Aquatic Center (Swimming Pool  762-2415)  

The outdoor swimming pool is located in Burke Park at 601 W. Railroad St.  The Monticello Family Aquatic Center opened its doors to a new pool on July 3rd, 2010.  The facility is open to the public daily from Noon - 7 P.M.  The faciltiy is currently CLOSED for the season.  Thank you to the 27,933 guest that visited us during 2011.  We will open for the 2012 season on May, 28th (Memorial Day).  Aquatic Center Manager is Mindy Condis.

Daily Fee $5.00

Residents Individual Season Pass $60

Pool Party Rental Fees $220 from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.

Aquatic Center Features

• 5,000 square ft. bathhouse building with a full basement for water filtration, treatment, reciculation equipment, & storage.
• 5,750 square ft. main pool with a 6 lane 25 meter competition area. (Depth varies from 3 - 5 feet)
• 12 foot deep diving well with a 1 meter and 3 meter board.
• 15 foot tall by 63 ft long Flume Water Slide
• 2,400 square foot Zero Depth pool with 16 water features.
• Lounge chairs located throughout the facility.
• Large deck umbrellas for shade.
• Locker rooms and shower facilities.
• Concession stand (OPEN DAILY form Noon - 6:30pm).
• Private Party Rental Room (Available Day or Night)

Summer Swimming Lessons

American Red Cross Swim lessons take place each day for 2 weeks on Monday - Thursday mornings from 9 a.m.- Noon.  Youth must be at least 3 feet tall and 3 years of age to participate.  Each year we have over 400 kids go through this program.  All classes will be offered each session.

• $30 participation fee for outdoor lessons.
• Registration: May 30th at 9 a.m. at the pool. Please be prepared to wait in line.  Registration will be on going at the pool throughout the summer until all classes are full.                         

Adult Lap Swim Time

Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6-7am are for adults only ages 16 & up cost is $1.  There is no charge for season pass holders. 

Monticello Marlins Summer Swim Team

Swim team consists of youth who are grouped by age from 8 and under to 18.  Swim team practices weekday mornings during June and July at the Aquatic Center.  Swim meets take place on Saturday mornings.  This is a traveling team so half of the meets are in other area towns.  See Swim Team page for more information.
