City Council Meeting Schedule

Calendar Year 2008

Unless posted otherwise, meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the City of Monticello Municipal Building, 210 North Hamilton Street.  The public is invited, and encouraged, to attend all meetings.  Meeting agendas are posted at the Municipal building on Friday, prior to all council meetings.  Agenda and meeting information may also be found on www.monticelloeNews.com on Friday, prior to all council meetings.

City Council Study Sessions are held the first Monday of each month, unless it is a holiday, then which meetings will be held the following Tuesday.  Meetings begin at 6:00pm and are held at the Municipal Building.  The public is invided to attend but no public participation will be allowed.

Planning Commission meets on the third Monday of each month, when necessary, at 7 PM in the Municipal Building.

Zoning Board of Appeals meets as needed

Historic Preservation meets the first Monday of each month at 5 PM at the Municipal Building.

Fire & Police Commission meets as needed.
