When it comes to utility infrastructure, the City of Monticello is well prepared.  With municipal-owned and managed water and sewer services, the City of Monticello can keep the costs associated with maintaining these services low.  Electricity, telephone, cable and internet services are also available to the community, and residents have access to weekly garbage pick-up, as well as recycling opportunities.
