Legal Notice of Public Hearing Upon Application for Variance

A Notice is Hereby Given that a Public Hearing will be held upon the Application for Variance filed with the City of Monticello Planning & Zoning Board by Mark & Benita Baker, owners of the property legally described as follows:

Lot 1 of Clarks Bluff Subdivision to the City of Monticello.  Said property commonly known as 1800 Walden Drive, Monticello, Illinois.

A public hearing will be held at the Planning & Zoning Board meeting scheduled for June 18th, 2018 at 7:00pm.  The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers, located at 210 N. Hamilton Street in the City of Monticello, Illinois.  Notice is further given that the above applicant is seeking a variance for an accessory structure (shed) to exceed the 200sf maximum size in a Suburban Residential (RS) zoned district.  All interested persons have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence.
